Eight rooms. Twenty acres. No itinerary required.
An old limestone house where the woods give way to the vines. This is a walk through it.

Julien, Camille & Marcel
Julien and Camille spent most of their lives in Paris, with good careers and a full calendar. Somewhere in their mid-forties, one question kept returning: is this how we want to spend the next twenty years?
They found an old vineyard estate that needed far more restoration than they had planned, and bought it anyway, simply to live in. Then friends came, stayed longer, and brought friends. Camille shaped the rooms, the garden and the table; Julien disappeared into the vines. “We didn’t want to open a hotel. We wanted to create the kind of house we never wanted to leave.”
They still live here, in a private wing of the estate. You may find Julien opening a bottle from the cellar, Camille checking the flowers on the terrace, or both walking Marcel, their Australian Shepherd, through the rows. He is the reason your dog is welcome too: they couldn’t imagine asking guests to leave theirs behind.
Domaine Orée remains their home. Guests simply became part of it.
Stone walls a metre thick, oak beams, shutters the colour of the morning sky. Inside, rooms that feel more like a friend's country home than a hotel.

Everywhere, a window looks out to the vines.

Beyond the walls: a fig-shaded courtyard, a walled garden, a pool among the olives and a vaulted cellar for the evening's glass.

Every corner has its hour.

Walk the rows as the light turns gold.
